Mobile processing facilities

Herbs for natural plant medicine, birch juice for syrup, apples for cider, milk for ice-cream – almost everything we grow must go through a process of manufacturing before the end user has the finished product in their hands.

Investing in processing facilities is expensive, requires space and legal permissions etc. Buying processing elsewhere is also expensive and is often not even a possibility. Many projects and good ideas will never come to be realised because of problems involving processing. This is particularly true for farmers living in remote areas – in Denmark as well as in developing countries.

So, if the Mohammed won’t come to the mountain, the mountain will have to come to Mohammed. Biosynergy had the idea of making processing facilities mobile.
